ACM panels are the perfect solution when seeking a design that is both clean and functional. One important design aspect to consider is system type. The three typically being a rain screen system, a wet joint system or a fastener faced system. We can also assist in decipher the best panel size that one, optimizes material usage if budget is a concern, and two, achieves a look that fits best aesthetically. It is important to select an ACM panel that is also the appropriate thickness and core type for your application. Typically, once panel joints, thickness and type of ACM is decided, the next step is to choose a color and a finish for your ACM panels. There are a wide variety of colors to suit your needs and if we cant find exactly what your looking for there is also the option of having one of our reputable material suppliers create something completely custom for your project. This is achieved by sending a color sample to the supplier. they will then create a sample that is sent back for confirmation. Once it is confirmed that the color is exactly what our customer wants, the material can then be ordered. It should be noted that there are minimum order quantities for custom colors and it does run a premium, but for our most distinguished clients it is an option.

After panel type, color and finish are selected we can produce shop drawings for your project. These will be helpful for many reasons. Primarily showing where joint lines of panels will be set to achieve a desired appearance or uniformity. Shop drawings are also helpful in getting all parties involved in the project on the same page. They help to clear confusion of how panels will be constructed and installed and how as well as how our product will tie into other substrates or finishes. Another step in the process of giving the customer a beautiful finished product that performs as well as it looks.
